Order
Processing
Most orders are processed within 48 hours. Processing time does not
include weekend days. Orders which are placed during the weekend will
be processed on the following Monday.
There may be times which an item will be on backorder and you will
be notified on when to expect it. Orders
are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding
major holidays).
Shipping
& Handling
All U.S. orders ship via UPS. Standard shipping time for most orders
is within 7-10 business days. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii ship via
U.S. Postal Service.

Cost
There is a flat rate of $7.45. For any additional item there is a $.75
extra charge. There is a maximum charge of $12.70. Please add an additional
$10.00 to orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
International
Shipping Charges
All International orders will be sent via US Postal Service, shipping
price is the same as U.S. orders plus an additional $25.00. Shipping
time is estimated at 14-21 days.
Please note that certain countries may take longer. Please note that
we do not ship to Japan from USA. All orders to Japan must be placed
on our Japanese website at www.enessa.co.jp and
they are shipped directly from Japan.
Sales
Tax
We are required by law to charge 8.25% sales tax on orders being shipped
to California. Orders being shipped to any other destination in the
US, will not be charged sales tax.
Maximum
Purchase Policy
We are sorry but we must limit orders to no more than 3 units of any
item with a maximum purchase of $500 per customer.
Returns
And Exchanges
All items are non- refundable. Exchange of unused, unopened
product only. Please call within 10 days of delivery for pre-authorization.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
If your
package was damaged in shipment by the carrier, save the box and
the products and notify us immediately at 1-888-436-3772. The carrier
will inspect and pick up the damaged package and the damaged items
will be replaced.
