Shipping & Handling:

All U.S. orders ship via USPS First Class, UPS Ground or FedEx 2 Day Express. Standard shipping time for most orders is between 3-5 business days. Please note estimated shipping time does not include weekends and holidays. All delivery times are estimates. 

All International orders ship via FedEx Express and usually arrive within 3-5 business days depending on the country. 

Please keep in mind that it takes us 1-2 business days to process an order before it is shipped to you.

Canada International Shipping Cost:

Enessa is not responsible for delays in delivery due events beyond our control, including labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature.

All International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees and vary by country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. Enessa is not responsible for these taxes and has no knowledge how much they will be. Enessa is not responsible for any reimbursement of custom fees or taxes.

Sales Tax

We are required by law to charge 9.5% sales tax on orders being shipped to California. Orders being shipped to any other destination in the US, will not be charged sales tax.
