Returns & Exchanges
If a product doesn’t meet your needs, you may exchange it within 30 days for another product. Please contact us for pre-authorization. Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged Shipments
If your package was damaged during shipment, please save the box and products and notify us immediately. The carrier will inspect and pick up the damaged package, and we’ll replace the items for you.
